BiondVax listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in June 2007, raising $3 million. The IPO included an issue of 3,530,000 ordinary shares and 350,000 warrants with a strike price of NIS 4.33.
On 8 December 2009, BiondVax executed a follow-on offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, raising $5.3 million. The offering included an issue of 5,000,000 shares and 1,250,000 warrants (Series 2) with a strike price of NIS 4.25.
