When you click the download link, you will be asked if you want to open this file or save it to your computer. Select Save. Select your desktop or location of your choice, and then select Save. After the download is complete, close the dialog box.
Locate the file you saved and double-click it. In the dialog box that opens, left-click the Extract button. Select the location where you want to save the file, and then left-click the Extract button. This will create a file folder with all the files you need to view the material.
Double-click the newly created file folder to view its contents. In the list of files, double-click the file named "main.exe". This will launch the video.
